What is their sign, and why? The Emperor, due to his millennia long post as Arbiter General of the Xianzhou Luofu. Jing Yuan is called “The Dozing General” by his peers for his seemingly carefree and almost lazy attitude, but under the veneer of ‘sleeping lion’ is a man who is so insistent on making sure the outcome he wants is reached that he plans down to the letter, or at least as much as possible when people with hearts and emotion are on the line. He’s a competent and well respected leader among his people for his consistent effort at preventing catastrophe.
